ANSELMO ARAUJO

Industry-leading and exceptionally innovative creative executive, Ansel Araujo has spent over 12 years shaking up the advertising world with his ground-breaking ideas. With expertise in marketing communication, creative content strategy, new business development, and ad tech strategies, he has spearheaded creative teams across the globe, driving revenue and revolutionizing traditional advertising models. World-traveler, trilingual and proud to be Brazilian, he has also overseen global brand portfolios for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Mattel, Pepsi, Google, Hershey's, Aer Lingus, Ford UK, and Lipton APAC, among many others. In his career years, he served as the Head of Global Creative & Strategy for Ciena, a technology pioneer in the telecom space, where he led all general marketing duties as an innovative and forward-thinking creative executive. Before joining Ciena, he built a creative powerhouse generating healthy revenue as the Vice President of Global Creative Brands for Storyful, a NewsCorp subsidiary in New York. As a former Creative Content Director at Starcom MediaVest and Publicis Groupe, Ansel managed regional Latin American accounts for Samsung and Mondelez brands, acting as the sole creative lead in the AOR team. He has also provided content support for brands like Lego, Visa, Netflix, Kellogg's, The Economist, and Unilever. Ansel's extraordinary knack for driving innovation into traditional advertising models has earned him acclaim and awards as a professional with an enviable blend of creativity and analytical thinking. Ansel is a graduate of Marketing and Communications from Brigham Young University, with an emphasis on Advertising. He is a game-changer in the industry, constantly pushing boundaries and exploring new ideas and solutions for his clients. JESUS FRANCISCO MATA

A highly experienced and accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in the Video Entertainment, Advertising, and Digital Distribution industries, Jesus Mata began his career in 1987 with Venevision's Legal team as an attorney and has since participated in numerous media and technology-related enterprises in the United States, and globally, with a focus in Latin America.  He has held senior executive positions in various leading organizations such as DIRECTV, WideOrbit, IBM, Scripps Networks Interactive Latin America, Never.no, AS, FreeTV, and Compulse. Over time, he has broken ground within new media, product development, advertising sales, programmatic, and streaming technologies at a global scale. Jesus has a JD from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas and Business Management studies from IESA. He completed 6-Sigma coursework with Motorola University. He has developed profound knowledge and relationships among the leading players in the advertising, technology, social media, and content Businesses in Latin America, the United States, and Europe. Jesus is the clear example of the transformation of a traditional TV-era guru transformed into a tiktoker today.

As a global citizen with four citizenships and a jack of all trades, She is a Global Marketer and Financial Specialist with 12 years of experience. She has strong financial knowledge and excellent budget management skills. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, She has successfully developed and executed comprehensive branding and communication strategies to elevate companies' images and reputations in the market. She is skilled in project management, budgeting, and resource management, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. In addition to their professional achievements, Luanna has a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the world. They actively engage in philanthropic endeavors, connecting businesses with meaningful charitable campaigns and fostering community development. Luanna holds an MBA In Digital Management and Metaverse from IBMEC, a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
